About the Role

We are seeking an organized and driven HR professional to assist with key human resource functions such as hiring, employee timekeeping, payroll verification, employee documentation, and onboarding. This role will work closely with the HR team and department heads to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:


Hiring & Recruitment Support:


Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.

Support hiring managers in identifying and attracting qualified candidates.

Employee Timekeeping & Payroll Verification:


Review and verify employee time cards/hours for accuracy in preparation for payroll.

Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.

Address basic payroll-related questions and discrepancies.


Employee Documentation & Compliance:


Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.

Assist with the administration of employee documentation, including contracts, benefits enrollment, and disciplinary records.


Onboarding & Offboarding:


Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing new hire paperwork, scheduling orientation, and facilitating training sessions.

Assist with offboarding procedures, including processing termination paperwork and conducting exit interviews.


General HR Support:


Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to company policies, benefits, and HR processes.

Assist with organizing HR-related events, trainings, and employee engagement activities.

Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.


Qualifications:


Experience:


1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.


Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered.


Skills:


Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Basic understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and payroll processes.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with HR software is a plus.
